Crimson Estates was born after noticing a loss of appreciation for handcrafted design that lasts the test of time. Cookie cutters being mass produced never made sense, and it raised the question: How can we effectively blend timeless with new-build? The answer is simple, through the finishing touches, of course.

The owner’s first renovation was Germaine, a tiny cottage that shared an adjoining lot to their home and it soon became a cozy air b & b. However, it didn’t start out profitable. After the general contractor stopped showing up, Jadin bought a framing nailer and decided to finish the job himself. This was a monumental moment where he realized his niche is with carpentry.

After three years of custom building, Crimson Estates has noticed a few things: The social norm is boring, details matter a lot, and it’s really satisfying to produce exactly what the client desires.
